SHE DID IT!
I’m so unbelievably proud of my little family. It’s been a tough year of juggling school, work and numerous hospital appointments but this little face makes it all so worth it. To see her smiling after all she has been through… that is what we fight for! Thank you everyone for all your kind words and gifts for Eleanor – we are so lucky to have you in our lives x
